  I gave this place a poor review a while back and they deserved it then but not now. The staff are friendly like the other stores and they are eager to help. Thank you, the staff has come a long way!

  As soon as Friendship opened, my South of the Square Collision co-workers and I were treated like family and greeted with smiles every day that we came in. During the day, we stop for the delicious breakfast pizzas and for lunch, our guys cannot get enough of the popcorn chicken! Fran, Kelly and the day crew are ALWAYS amazing! Last night, our General Manager stopped in. He told me how impressed with the level of customer service that he received from Amanda - the asst. manager and Sara the Deli worker. The store is always clean, organized and well stocked. THANKS FRIENDSHIP!! WE LOVE YOU!

  Employees were EXTREMELY rude, made fun of customers, left customers standing and waiting while they did shift change and talked on cell phones, absolutely no pleasant customer service!! I spent my hard working money there daily and was told to come and drive back several times on other days when they have enough money in their drawers.. LOL. Are you kidding!! Management unhelpful, very rude,sloppy, employee had large hole in front of her pants exposing here groin and leg area. I was told I could stand and wait in store until they received enough money for a payout!! What store does that?? If you don't have enough money for payments, then DONT SELL!! THATS DECEPTION!!! I will never be spending my hard earned money at this store!! I will be contacting corporate and turning these uneducated, rude employees ALL in!!!!
